Websites for the neighborhood

  1. 1

    Phone first

    Made for your customers' phones

Most people will find you on mobile data, standing outside. The site loads fast and works with one thumb.

  2. 2

    Easy to find

    Found on Google Maps

Your hours, location and number show up where people already search, not buried in a Facebook post.

  3. 3

    Made nearby

    Made here, for here

You can meet the person who built it, and changing a price is one message away.

Builder of Local SitesAnd Fixer of Small Problems

I'm a Computer Science student and web designer from Metro Manila. I build simple, fast websites for the shops, eateries and services I walk past every day.

I started because so many good places near me are hard to find online, or only have a Facebook page that's hard to search. I've built a full Android app and a web app from database to screen, so a menu, a map and a contact button are well within reach. No agency, no long contracts. Just someone nearby who answers your messages.

How I work

No tech talk. This is what working with me looks like, from your first message to a live site.

  1. 1

    Tell me what you need

Message me on Messenger or let's meet in person. We talk about your business, your customers and what the site should do. It's free, and there's no commitment.

  2. 2

    Get a clear quote

I send you a simple plan: which pages, which design style, the price and the date it'll be ready. No surprise fees later.

  3. 3

    See it before it's final

You get a working preview link to open on your phone and show your family or staff. Tell me what to change, and I'll fix it. Your package's rounds of changes are included.

  4. 4

    Go live

I put the site online, connect your domain and set up Google Maps, so customers can find you and message you in one tap.

  5. 5

    I stay a message away

Need a new price, photo or holiday hours? On the Upkeep plan, send me a message and I'll update it. I usually reply the same day.

Good to know

How do I pay?

GCash, bank transfer or PayPal. A down payment is required before I start, and your quote shows the exact amount.

How long does it take?

One to three weeks on average, depending on how many pages and features you need. Your quote includes the date it'll be ready.

Who owns the website?

Your domain (your .com or .ph address) is registered in your name, so it's always yours. The website itself stays with me, and I host it while you're on the Upkeep plan. If you ever want to stop, you can take the site over for a one-time transfer fee: I hand over all the files and help you move it, and from then on the hosting costs are yours.

Can I make changes after launch?

After launch, I make all the changes for you through the Upkeep plan: prices, photos, menus and hours. Before launch, your package's rounds of changes are included.
